'semaphores' extention

the switch 'semaphores' currently only changes to light signals in 1975, I would like this to be a changeable value.

and before anyone asks; yes, I know about ctrl build.

Then you two are both not looking good enough.
In the configure patches window, under Construction there is a setting "Automatically build semaphores before:" with an adjustable year

EDIT: err... sorry, I thought this was in the openttd forums... Above isn't true for ttdpatch of course
