Nice sprites all! :!:
I think we can easily get one more trolleybus. Inbus made a trolley version of its popular U210, which is already modeled by George in his Long Vehicles set. Here is a pic (the model is called F140).
I guess it wouldn't be hard to derive it from George's model, with the author's permission!

I think trolleybusses can be implemented as an alternative style of trams, decided on by which grf file you load. It doesn't seem to make much sense to have both trams and trolleybusses in a game, I think, so trolleybusses would just use the trams feature but without sprites for the rails (or rather transparent 1x1 sprites).

That way you avoid fragmentation of the RV ID space, which would have to shared among three types, and the player gets to choose which type he wants to have in any given game.

Yes, it has sence, but I'd rather have trams and trolleys (in many countries there are both), but if it isn't possible, of course, your idea to have alternative trams or trolleys is acceptable. :D (I allways respect will of majority in poll.)

New trolleys, and something which might be first tram - it's CKD T4. I need it's data. And, please, suggestions on graphics?

They are czech trams in the sprites...

After 2 years I continued work on CStramtrackset...

You can see the new depot, rails on road, rails on grass and the caternary... ;)

Catenary is espetially nice :)
And I hope I'll see some progress in trolleybus catenary soon. :wink:

Is it possible to make a station/stop for trams yet? I dont know if its something i have done or its not possible yet!

Hye,i was just asking if there's a patch or something that adds a 3rd road type to the game so i could make the trolleybus catenary and trolleybuses i've been searching the whole internet and nothing. :(

P.S. Trolleybuses are better than trams cause they can pass by other vehicles. :mrgreen:
My Favorite vehicles:
- buses
- trolleybuses
- trams
- suspended monorail
- but mostly trams and trolleybuses
why? cause they are fast vehicles that operate in cities not like trains between cities.:D

No, it's not currently possible in either TTDP or OTTD. There is a trolleybus grf but it replaces trams and works in the same way, i.e. no overtaking.

No, it's not currently possible in either TTDP or OTTD. There is a trolleybus grf but it replaces trams and works in the same way, i.e. no overtaking.
Are you reffering to the Addi's Trolleybus set,if so then I already have that grf set.and by the way can monorails be replaced with trams or some train tracks to eb raplced with trams? :mrgreen: :mrgreen: :mrgreen:
