Windows Server 2003 Memory Read error

I am getting the error displayed in the screenshot on windows server 2003. Should I go and get OllyDebug and try to get more info?

Yes. I do have a version of TTDPBasew.grf but that is all.

It is now off. I now get the MicroProse Screen and then I get the above pictured error. I used to get the error on double click of ttdpatchw.exe.

As far as I can tell, the only way that could happen is if you have a newindustries grf loaded.

We can't use that. See how it still says "module kernel32"? It has to say "module TTDLOADW" to be useful.
