Building some configurations on the Dutch set causes crashes

As discussed in this post. Here is the Olly screenshot (no idea if it is any use). This particular crash was caused by a 2x2 non-track platform. Although the crash also occur with other grfs off, they were active when I triggered this crash, I can make another with them deactivated.

Forced rebuild was active of the OVL was activated.
