Screen Flickering + Weird lines

I'm not exactly sure why .... tried compatibility mode and other settings in there but it didn't seem to stop the flickering of the screen.
Also ... the information boxes have these weird patterns on them that make it difficult to read sometimes. Any idea how to fix these ?
