I am reserving judgement. Personally I have not bought RRP or RT3. I'm not pleased with the appearance of the track in RT3, or the appearance and limited number of the trains in RRP. I think TG holds out by far the best promise. I'll just be grievously disappointed if it doesn't live up to it.
