Fish farm
Fresh fish should be put on the table once a week. That's the healthy motto of the inhabitants of the world of TransportGiant, and they appreciate their regular deliveries of fresh fish.
No question that the transport shouldn't take unduly long. A situation can soon turn nasty when things start to smell fishy.

Just looks like a house with a pool to me.
Fish farm? Never heard. Why not just a lake instead?
Oh well.

There are several bassins, the buildings are probably for the owners to live in, storage of fish food, cleaning of fish, storage of frozen fish, ...
It's not bad as a new industry, I just wonder how the transport will look like, probably a cooled truck

Paper-Mill
Got the capability to deliver a great amount of wood? But the sawmills won't buy enough from you? In that case, you'll find another buyer for this raw material in the paper-mill, and nothing will stand in the way of further expansion anymore.

Looks a lot better than the TTD papermill :)

Slaughterhouse

Many children nowadays seem to think that meat is grown in supermarkets. Well, those who like playing TransportGiant might be in for a nasty surprise. After all, most pigs take their last breath in slaughterhouses. Only to end up as juicy pork chops on the plate of hungry carnivorous humans.
At least, unnecessarily long animal transports will not be rewarded with big profits in the game. Hauliers who transport pigs too slowly over too long a distance will have to reckon with serious profit shortfalls.

Fruit plantation

Image

The fruit trees grow in orderly lines, and in fall the branches bow under the load of their healthy and popular fruit. After the harvest, the warehouses are crammed, and the fruit must quickly be taken to the consumers in the towns.
It goes without saying that our fruit plantations grow nothing but strictly controlled organic produce.

Sawmill

Image

The sawmill turns bulky tree trunks into handy boards that can be used to make a great variety of things.
Delivering tree trunks to the sawmills is a good opportunity to make a lot of money relatively quickly – especially at the start of a game.

Ice plant

Image

There was a time when both computers and refrigerators were unheard of. So what did they do to cool their food? That's very simple: They took a so-called icebox, regularly filled it with fresh ice... and hey presto, you've got the predecessor to our refrigerator. At the time, there was a whole industry in the business of delivering the ice right to the doorstep.

An interesting () industry!
