Dairy
Good tasting, healthy dairy products are made in the dairy from the milk of well-kept cows. Money can of course be made from healthy things. Fill up your tanker with milk, transport it to the dairy and then bring the dairy produce into the cities. It feels good to do a good deed and to earn money at the same time.

Sugar cane plantation
Many people have become rich by growing sugar cane. You too can do it! Of course, you won't have to concern yourself with growing and harvesting. Simply take sugar cane to the nearest distillery. Insist that they pay you in cash, not in kind!

Cattle farm
Happy cows in a meadow indicate to the hauler that this area might offer an opportunity to get hold of a lucrative load or two. A quick transportation of milk to the nearest dairy can earn you a lot of cash.

Brewery (for you Spiff)
Having diligently delivered loads of hops to the brewery, you may then sell beer to the thirsty population. Needless to say this beverage will be around for a long time and will ensure a continuing need for transport.
However, there have been times when every alcoholic drink was disapproved of. It might be wiser, therefore, not to put all your money into this one product.
