Patch 1980 - 2020 did it actually release ??

Well ive been digging in my old games box and found IG II.
There has been wordt of an addon that extends the gameplay to 2020 and has more new verhicles.

Is there any clue about a release or where to download or buy it.
ive tried googling but that lead nowhere.
