A new release was prepared by prissi.

Most important changes for players:

-- possibility to build powerlines under ground
-- overlay of transport lines on map

MS Windows user should use the
Online-Installer.

If you want to download manually, you will need an executable and a pak-set.

Is there any packset that looks like result of pixelediting rather than low quality 3D models?

pak96.comic for sure is pure pixel-pushing. The other paksets may contain graphics originating from 3d models.

pak64.german has a rather consistent pixel look imho.

You have to try yourself, as at the end it is a matter of taste.
