Do they like each other? (What are the known compatibility problems)

Have you read the readme? Does it mention any?
Have you tried? Did you discover any?

To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.

No, it doesn't say anything. But I haven't had any crashes with Win 7 and Simutrans until now.

Re: Simutrans and Windows 7
Hello, I have very simple process to ensure it's full compatibility between your whatever game you want to play with Windows 7.
- Right Click the game icon on your desktop
- Click Properties
- Click 'Compatibility' tab on the top of properties.
- Then find 'Compatibility Mode' then click 'tick' to activate it
- Then click the list
- Then click XP Service Pack 2 or Service Pack 3, up to you. Both are same.
- Click 'ok'
Here you go, Windows 7 changed the settings for your game to work with XP. If you want to change those settings for other games which it have some problems, do it. I have a big problem with Sims 2 and Windows 7 but until then I changed settings then it's gone. Working very smoothly, so do with SC4, SC3 and Roller Coaster Tycoon 2. =)
Have fun playing.
