consumption

Post by jgf »

In the factory info window is a listing for "consumption", I can find no details on this in the help file nor in the faqs, etc. on the website.

For example, a car dealer has consumption:
-automobiles 194/150, 100%

Since, in this particular game, the 150 figure remained constant would I be correct in assuming the dealer has a capacity for 150 automobiles? that the 194 figure was what I was supplying? to what does the 100% refer?

Please ask your questions in

There you would get help much faster than here.

The simutrans-wiki can be found at

Regarding your question:

I think you are right . What '100%' means I also do not know ;)

This is a relative production number. A factory can have more than one product. The production of 1 unit pet 1 unit consumtion is given by this number. 300% would men that three units are needed for one unit production.
