Screenshots, Scenarios & Savegames: Symlink also to OpenTTD

As the title suggests, the screenshots, scenarios and savegame sections could get a symlink in the OpenTTD section to hint people where they actually are supposed to post it (or they will likely continue to stick it into general or graphics sections - I wouldn't mind the first, but it's not the general policy as I understand)
