Change profile? What does that mean? Changing your name? You do that on another thread. Or do you just want to describe/introduce yourself?

If I understood your question correctly, you can change your time zone preference by clicking the following link:

It says 11:41, but it actually is 12:41 AM where I am.

Then set your time zone back by -1 hour. If you are in the eastern US on EDT, then you want UTC -5 Eastern Standard Time, and you want to click "Yes" on the button below that if you are in a state that uses Daylight Saving Time.

As Kamnet says you can set it through his link, and looking at your problem, set the DST/Summer time setting to Yes, which should fix it.
