Attachment Size Limit Change?

Attachment Size Limit Change?
Attempting to upload a .7z archive of roughly 4.3 megabytes results in "attachment too large", yet I have successfully uploaded archives of comparable size a short time ago (http://www.tt-forums.net/viewtopic.php? ... 6#p1072146). Perhaps the attachment size limit was affected by the recent forum upgrade? And perhaps it should be changed back to whatever value it was before?
