Got a few with my Samsung phone. Didn't turn out any good.

Don't be so sad ! Last year when my place had an eclipse (I didn't chase the totality though, so partial (89%) only), some people who, unkowing of the eclipse, took a photo of the morning sun with their phone actually ends up documenting the eclipse !

Taken by my cousin last year. She knew there was an eclipse, but have no idea how to take a photo of it. That artifact is purely from the sun.

My uncle took a self-photo, unaware of the eclipse, with the sun at the background. I spotted them again.

Here are results posted by people from another forum that I'm active in.
