From the games page on Greenlight (here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/ ... =785080500), it doesn't seem all that Airport Tycoon, or just the demonstration images are focusing more on the planes.

It seems to be more focused on reality. I dont't know if it will be possible to build an airport from scratch but the description is quite encouraging.
