I'm a bit miffed. Wanted to go back and watch the semis and finals again, all blocked outside of EU/Eurovision member areas both on the website and YouTube!

Your favorite Peer to Peer network has them. You could also use a VPN to access iPlayer or similar for another country.

Viewing figures have been announced for the final, and it shows that Eurovision popularity is ever increasing!
204 million viewers tuned in globally, about 5 million more than in 2015.

Over 95% of Iceland tuned in despite not making it into the final, another huge figure was over 84% of Sweden tuned in. The highest single audience was Germany, with 9.3M tuning in, about 36% of its TV audience.
