I will have to do some intensive research but I do believe this might be the second sign of The Apocalypse in the The Book of Revelations from The New Testament of The Church of Transport Tycoon. (Does anyone remember the first sign?) It will take some time to complete said research so look for an extensive quote once "The Deadly Day of the Ten Thousandth Post" rolls around.
