Rushing is a legit tactic, but as i see it a waste of a good game that has more to offer than a sea of cruisaders/overlords to beat the enemy

It's not really an AI map no... Solved quite a lot of AI problems but you found more...

Lot's of negative criticism...

for example, the train tracks went AROUND the hill, and thus even war factories got built on the tracks...

you dont beta test a game and find the good stuff about it you find flaws

but like i said its a fast paced map

Well I did beta test it and remove lots of bugs, but then I implemented st00pid scripts and it didn't work @ all (AI just standing still...)

Don't you just love some of the GLA units? I can't help LOLing when I see a few Toxin Tractors glooping afew full Chinese APCs. And the Rocket Buggies - line up about 10 of them, backed bny a few Marauders and Toxin Tractors, and you're almost invulnerable.

The US Pathfinders, however, just steal the biscuit. There's something strangely satisfying about sniping a Heroic Jarmen Kell from the comfort of a building.

Other cool things - Nukes. Not Overlords - they're powerful, but far too slow and they just get in the way. I prefer large numbers of Battlemasters myself. Aurora Bombers. Dragon Tanks. Stuff.

Woudl you guys say it's a major improvement on RA2 and Yuri's revenge? Cause that screenie looks pretty darn nice. Can't wait for it to come out here...

Well, it's a standard RTS. Infantry come out of the barracks, tanks come out of war factories, builders build stuff and collectors collect stuff. It's very demanding on PCs though, you'll want at least 1.5GHz to run it acceptably.

Me too, and it runs but not at a very high detail level. I've sacrificed a bit of speed just to see those lovely shadows, though.

actually this tactic has worked for me i messed up the grhpx card (burned it out by overclocking the poor bugger) And waited till like my bday or xmas or a sunday, then just begged for mercy with a face that i didnt know WTF happend to the computer and WHAM new pc baby!
