I've been a member here on the forums since 2006, but I never heard of this topic hahaha , funny that there is a topic like that...

Well count me in as well, cos I recently divorced from my wife...so now I'm a member of the "I don't have a girlfriend" thread as wel whahaha...Finally, I'm single again !!

The kids ? Well of course the have noticed that there's some tension in the house and less love between me and my ex, but they are 22 months old...So they won't notice much of it. I think they will notice when I'm finally moved away and have my own place to stay. Because then they stay a part of the week with me and the other part of the week with their mother...But finding another rental-house is no easy task here in the Netherlands, it can take months not to mention years...Especially since I don't have the credit to buy another house.

So I hope I will be able to move out soon, but who knows...

I have a longish and somewhat complicated story that I think belongs here.
This has to do with two friends of mine, Keith and Bre. They were going out for about three months. Bre broke up with Keith two or three weeks ago because she realized that she wasn't ready for a relationship. In the days following, (via texting) Keith tried to change Bre's mind, and he was extremely persistent. Because of his persistence, Bre, well, was considering suicide. So (still texting) I managed to shut Keith up, and helped Bre through that night.
*sigh* The horrors of break ups...

So, now Bre has said (not over text, we have a class together) the she has "a bit of a crush" on me. But she still isn't ready for a relationship. *sigh* I will be patient.

It's either a rebound, or she's trying to lead you on for her own self-esteem. I hope it's the former, for your sake. Either way, I know from secondhand experience that you should assume that nothing will happen; you'll be happier in the long run.

Run. Run as far away as humanly possible from that crazed bint. Considering suicide over a boyfriend trying to win her back when she's been a complete tool to begin with? Holy crap. Do you really want THAT in your life?

Not getting at you personally, SquireJames, but I've noticed a few folk here doing this - posting that you may "soon" be out of this topic. Maybe it's just me, but why not wait until you actually are there before posting? Kind of feels like you might "jinx" it otherwise!
