You mean the car with the big flames comming out of the back, that was Heidfeld (the comments just said it by coincidence :P)? I'm a bit lost which car is which on the start of a season, all those transfers and some repaints of the cars (McLaren changed the white/gray to red for instance).

Last to 3rd! Thats a great achivement! :D
Button did really well, and im so glad Massa messed up :P
Wonder how Couthard will perform this season.

Bad qualifying for Kimi though. So much bad luck with his car last season, then AGAIN it let him down :(

Silverstone, like normal. A London GP was just an idea, don't think it will ever be done.

That's a shame, spa is a quality circuit :( Hopefully back for next season then.

Spa, Suzuka, Silverstone. The best three races on the calender.

Also Monza, but that didn't fit the purposes of my S alliteration :P.

And with Spa gone, and Suzuka no longer the party it once was since it's not the season finale, and with Silverstone earlier in the season, it's all gone a bit awry. :(

Can't wait to see how these regulations have changed things in four or five races time.

Next year, Suzuka will probably be replaced with another track in Japan. Can´t remember the name. And Hockenheim is leaving soon too :(

Nice tho with these new teams, MF1, Scuderia Toro Rosso, Super Aguri and so on..

To bad Spa is out of it, I always like races with rain.
I'm looking forward to Australia, not particular for the track but more for the week after it, I'm going on a 6 day (of which 2 are on the road IIRC) excursion to London :), so with the race in the middle of the night that will be an entire week without sleep for me :P.

I hate Malaysia. Crap course in my opinion.

There's too many modern courses these days. They all have short straights and a couple of hairpins and chicanes.

We need Hermann Tilke (Track Designer) to do another Turkey. That's an exception - it's a great track.

Grand Prix at the Twin Ring Motegi Road Course would be awesome.

They need Zandvoort ;). Would be fun to have F1 cars make tracks on Zandvoort again, it's been too long. But maybe we get A1GP sooner than F1.

I do think that a race in Finland could be good, for a few reasons:
1. No race at all in this area
2. Nico Rosberg is half finnish, and Kimi is. Mika Hakkinen is too.
3. Replace Bahrain. Bahrain sucks!!

IMHO Bahrain is actually quite nice, there is A LOT of on-track overtaking being done on Bahrain. On other tracks there is almost no on-track overtaking, they only gain position when someone is in the pit lane. I also like tracks with a lot of corners so fights can go on for 10+ laps (or the whole race as last sunday :)).

I like it when two drivers are virtually matching each other for pace and one blatantly out-drives the other and overtakes fairly.

I also like leaders coming through from the back - for example Raikonnen in Bahrain.

I prefer Bahrain to a lot of the "modern" tracks - for example the new Hockenheim (which in my opinion is awful), Sepang, China and the new A1 Ring in Austria.

I know it's impossible, but wouldn't it be nice to see races on the old tracks - the old configurations of Hockenheim, Silverstone and Interlagos; and the old favourites - The Osterreichring, the Nurburgring Nordschleife and the old Monza. Bit of fantasy that.

But there we are.

The Real big Nurburgring is just too big for this Formula 2, you would have to have mutliple pit-lanes on the track

But it would be cool with it's few hundreds of (dangerous) corners :D.
