Hi all I seem to be having problems with Restrictive/programable Signals in DOS r2338. My trains seem to ignore the restrictions and go down the wrong line during busy times. I am using ISR 0.6.3 in the linked savegame.
edit here is a savegame with a sign above the two signals that have the issue.

Re: Problem with Restrictive/programable Signals in DOS r233
I just tried loading the game in Windows TTDP and the problem seems to be there as well.

I can't look at a savegame until I get back to Oxford where my laptop is in a few days...
If you post a screenie of the malfunctioning restriction, I can possibly give you a quicker answer.

I believe you have made a common logical error.robotboy wrote:Hope this screenshot contains the info required.
Let us assume temporarily that station of current order is Nonwood Woods.
The first restriction tests whether the station of the current order is not Gindingworth Falls South. This evaluates to TRUE.
Hence the parents OR node evaluates to TRUE or so does its parent OR node.
Hence the train is free to pass.
I would recommend replacing the two OR functions with AND, as this will give the logic I think that you're looking for...
