Does anyone know of a way I can install the TTDPatch, whilst also beeing able to play OTTD when I want to? becuase I have OTTD currently, but there are things i prefer about TTDPatch from when I played it before (like do deceleration up hills) So is this possible? and if so, can someone tell me how.

It's very easy, just get the TTD files and put them in another folder along with TTDPatch, and run that. If you want to transfer your savegames and scenarios, I believe there is a program out there that can read them and tell you the game name, but I can't remember what its called (sorry!).

You can use NR-TTD to install the patch for you.
