changing vehicle names?

Is there a file that i can edit which changes the vehicle names in TTDpatch? or is it more in-depth then that?

i think i used to do it in about 1999 but i cant remember :S lol

im not sure how to use grftrans... i dropped trg1r.grf onto the .exe you download and it didnt do anything...

i dont understand... on the website i downloaded grftrans off of it says to drag and drop a .grf file onto the grftrans icon and it will create a .txt file containing the vehicle names...

trg1r.grf has nothing to do with TTDPatch. Consequently, GRFTrans doesn´t work on it.

the only grf files i got when i downloaded the ttdp was:

- trg1r.grf
- trgcr.grf
- trghr.grf
- trgir.grf
- trgtr.grf

am i supposed to download one from somewhere

i downloaded the ttdpbasew.grf and then translated it and i got this

No need for that.

O/c you´ll need a vehicle .grf if you´re after vehicle names.

ttdpbasew.grf doesn´t contain any vehicles.
