problem with converting tracks

...using the sign cheat: "cht: track 1 0". This should, according to the manual wiki, replace all standard rails with monorail. But I only get the message "unknown sign cheat" and then it places an X after the sign cheat in the sign. Any clues? thanks

It's supposed to be cht: tracks 1 0 ( with emphasis on the "s")
