Just dug Trainsport Tycoon out, blow the dust off and loaded up, still works. How do you use the oil rigs. Can not get docks to be built or boats to dock. Any ideas,

Hmmm... I've never had problems with TTO or TTD in building ships to oil rigs. Which version are you using?
