WinXP and 16-bit applications

the only reason that i dont have TTD for Dos is that WinXP doesnt support 16-bit applications.My question is that is there a program that will make XP support 16-bit appplications???
WHY CANT WE JUST KILL SADDAM AND GET IT OVER WITH PEOPLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not really, unless you want to use something like VMWare to emulate a DOS machine. You'll need to get the Windows version of TTD, as described in other topics.
