New moderator

Well, we have a new moderator amongst us, for a trial period at least. SHADOW-XIII is helping spiff out with moderation of the forums.

They pop in from time to time, I think.
Anaconda comes once in a while and has a look around (last time he posted was the 11th November, though). Omni said he wasn't going to be around much more.

Cheers for Shadow! He is the only person I would have recommended (well, other than <Insert your name here>) for the job. May democracy rule us all. Sure hope it reduces Spiffs workload too
