Announcing some new moderators

I'm pleased to announce that Lakie has been promoted from TTDPatch and Graphics moderator to a global moderator. If you have a problem anywhere in the forums now, you can contact Lakie for help - although do remember that the Report Post mechanism is the preferred manner of getting in touch with moderators to report issues.

I'm also happy to say that PikkaBird has joined us as a Graphics moderator. Pikka is one of our most experienced graphics artists and developers, so his knowledge will no doubt come in very useful when it comes to moderating the forums.
