phpBB 2.0.6 is out

phpBB 2.0.6 has been released recently, which I'll be upgrading to soon. The attachment mod may also have been updated. Neither phpBB nor the attachment mod will have any major changes, just bug fixes and security updates.

I've upgraded the forum to phpBB 2.0.6. As there was no pre-modified version of the attachment mod for 2.0.6, I had to make the modifications myself, and it is possible I may have made some errors. If you spot any problems, please let me know.
