Yeah, something actually. I was writing a post for the 153 discussion in general transport and if I left it for a few minutes what I'd written seemed to revert to a time where I'd previously stopped, almost like an autosave.

It's a bit hard to explain but that's basically it.

Something to blame on the forum software or a problem with the work computer?

Sounds like an issue with your browser/computer, don't see that phpBB would have anything to do with that to be honest.

8o Maybe a bad "spirit" came and did some tricks on your PC. (Non believers may replace "spirit" with "alien".)

You won't really notice anything different - a few bugs were fixed, a couple of new features, but nothing significant.

Oddly, "Poll:" "Sticky:" "Locked:" are white and slightly smaller than they where before.

Indeed, I noticed the white thing, that would be due to a change in the template. I'll look into that shortly.

For some reason the GreaseMonkey script that kept the forums small enough :-) has stopped working? Has the page layout code been drastically changed?

Shouldn't have been, although there have been some minor changes.

You can forget my complaints, it works again now and I haven't the faintest idea why. The non-function coincided perfectly with the forum upgrade, but now suddenly it does its job. Maybe my (=our) computer has been restarted, or something...

I can't figure it out either. But you're not going insane, and I'm pretty sure it was a server-side change -- I don't think I restarted Firefox, much less my computer between when it quit and when it started working again.
To get a good answer, ask a Smart Question. Similarly, if you want a bug fixed, write a Useful Bug Report. No TTDPatch crashlog? Then follow directions.
