only getting around 40 ton per mine, total waste of time?!!!

service is good, ratings at 80% plus!

whats the craik??

Please start to write in the appropriate forum section. Given your posting history you play OpenTTD. If you use NewGRFs, that's an important piece of information, too.
Search the OpenTTD wiki for game mechanics where station rating and town / industry growth is explained.

which forum section should i post this in then?

the wiki describes how, but it doesnt apply to the mines i have, perhaps its a bug? as said my services are perfect and theres no problems with local authoroties etc, it just wont increase the coal production on any one of them, and i'm using around 7 or 8 mines??? all stuck at 40 tons??

Are you not able to see the forum's Board index page where everything is divided into categories such as OpenTTD which itself has several sections including one named General OpenTTD?

ah i found it, i'll be more descerning in posting in future

i used the cheat to up the coal mines in the end, less than ideal but i've scaled it to a modest amount rather than none,lol!
