Can I build elevated railways in our country our railways system is mostly elevated I fantasize to recreated Metro Manila's elevated railways

No there is no way, you could probably put it up on a hill to make it look "elevated". And why so
many topics, why not all the questions in one "super topic"
btw, I've been to Manila, I have to say there is
way too much traffic there

Sorry for revive so old topic but I'm looking for a map of Manila to play.
I just come from there in a trip and they still have a lot of traffic to handle.
Looks a good challenge to play.
Can someone share a map if exist, please?

This is the only one that I could find, it's a scenario file. You will probably want to enable the Scenario Editor and add your own NewGRFs.
