I cannot recall ever getting an excellent rating for a station customarily facilitating thousands of waiting passengers. Might Ghent's excellent rating be due to timely deliveries by its vehicles whereas Norwich's rating suffers in comparison because of its vehicles being bogged down by over-saturation? Stranger yet, each of Ghent's 18-strong fleets strictly feeds its station.

Have you built a statue of the company owner in Ghent?

Yes, I have whereas I haven't for Norwich. And I notice the info to the company-statue declaring its rating boost as being permanent; still feels peculiarly unusual though. Thanks.
