I lost my GameScript

Im fairly new but have been playing for a couple of years (on and off) I am on android. I did put my game into the cloud but now that it has been re-downloaded I cannot seem to be able to align the AIs with how they were and also the Villages as Villages GameScript is not showing in my saved game but is in the main menu (Re-downloaded). How do I set these issues right so as to play the game that I am still learning?
