I'm glad I could help. Saw one improvement to my work, just very small, and a small mistake. Under the Basis sneltoetsen, the Shift+klik:
-Change klik to muisklik
-opdracht uit te voren should be opdracht uit te voeren

Maybe a small suggestion for all HRCs, thought about it later: Make a small box with the Global keys? Or make them a bit different compared to the other keys? Then players see that pressing a certain key will always give a certain action, independent of the toolbar/window that is open at that moment.

By the global keys, I suppose you mean those few keys noted in the hotkeys.cfg with GLOBAL+[a letter] (A, Q, W, E, D), not the whole section noted as [global] ? That would be nice indeed, maybe this week-end.

Thanks to FlameSing, we have now a Russian version of the HRC!
Since last time I worked on the HRC, oTTD evolved quite a lot. So, the ref version moved to v1.3.0, but it doesn't differ from v1.1.3 as far as the hotkeys.cfg file is concerned.

1.3 contains some new hotkeys for editing text:

• Ctrl+Arrow left/right => move cursor one word
• Ctrl+Delete/backspace => Remove one word

Note that this is not a full list. These are changes that I've reviewed and worked on, thus I remember them more clearly.

I'm a member of the translation team and as version 14.0 of OpenTTD is about to be released, I have updated the table of keyboard shortcuts and translated it into Portuguese (Brazilian, pt_BR).
The most important changes compared to the original version are the following in Basic hotkeys (as found in the hotkeys.cfg file for version 14.0-RC3):
1) ~ : Display command line console
to (a backquote)
' : Display command line console
2) CTRL+G : Takes a screenshot of the ENTIRE map (HUGE!)
to
CTRL+D : Take screenshot at default zoom factor
