I recently started a new multi player map it is now 1964 and we are unable to build Large Airports. The error message says
"cant build airport here... ... station too spread out"
Any ideas on how to fix this or what it might be?

are you attaching it to another station?

Can you check value of max station spread? (advanced settings, stations, max station size)
