I just found on a web site a tutorial that explain step by step a pretty good pathfinding algo.
It is splitted in 4 parts.

You can translate these articles by clicking on the english flag (on the top of the page) but translation is pretty bat
PS: it's just algo. no code, only principle and maths expressions.
