I've had this one sitting in my laptop for years, but I finally removed the mods.

He removed the mods on the uploaded game only and posted screenshots of his game with mods.

the answer is correct and T-A-M is "mostly" retierd from Locomotion.

Yep you can put any train that you have downloaded that you like into a scenario, you just need to go into the scenario editor and select it.

Why? Don't you believe what you've been told?

Yes i do. I just want to know how he did it, how he got the mods in the game.

You don't even know how to copy + paste... as said - go learn computer basics.

Oh, and accept answers on here... you need to remember people here often know what is what.

I've, erm, reorganized my priorities. That isn't to say I've retired, but I have taken an "extended break".
