Got it and started the scenario again.
Got 2 of the biggest towns - virtually next to each other - linking through a bus servide, ive also got 2 mail truck taking mail to and from each town ive also got a bus system runing within 1 town and a tram system running in the other town. still dont seem to be making any money

Hi
The first scenario I ever made was designed to be quick and easy forcing you to use a form of transport we never usually use.
It turned out to be more about learning how to manage bankruptcy than it did about using that aircraft.

You may well go bankrupt in this scenario.

Same. I usually build a mainline in all of my games for the trains, sometimes I built it too early and in the wrong place.alistairgrew wrote:I have been bankrupt a few times mainly because I over expand.
I like Articulated Buses or Streetcars (Although I really like anything with wheels including planes, Thanks to Seelenquell for making Toronto's ALRV and CLRV for Locomotion. All we need now is a TTC D40LF and D60LF to go with the LRVs. Plus the Scarborough RT vehicles too.)
Resion for the LRV's is to make a good alternative to buses. Visit Here for more info.

Sorry about the bump, I'm new here.
This morning I finished Sandbox Settler. Took almost 36 years in-game to do it.

And so you should apologise - your post has nothing to do with the topic that was being discussed well over 2 years ago! I suggest reading the forum rules and the extra guidelines from the Locomotion section's moderator, Andel.

Re: Always Going Bankrupt
i've only ever once gone belly up, thats when i was starting and i couldn't tell what went where, my tactic is to have a huge coal or oil route, several stations at the end and then build a even bigger passenger network then sit back and periodically replace all engines after 5-10 years, i managed to get 1 trillion in one game in 50 years doing it like that, i also have other industries going but still have the huge passenger network.
