Full load ANY cargo... So leave?

Full load ANY cargo... So leave?

As you can see in the attached screenshot the plane is set to full load ANY cargo. It has a capacity of 50 mail bags which has been reached so surely it should be leaving?

Please attache a savegame. Discussing orders without one is ... speculation on large parts.

After loading the save game and waiting to the beginning march 1995 the same issue applies to plane 3, the issue has some similarities to the issue where passengers kept dripping into a station making the vehicle wait until it was full. However that issue was fixed a long time ago I think. It's not that a timetable which is applied to the planes, I can't find the cause.

This is in fact intentional behaviour.
Aircraft behave different to the other vehicle types. "Load all cargo" means "wait for both mail and passengers", while "Load any cargo" means "wait for passengers".
While this is inconsistent, it is usually the wanted behaviour.

If you want to prefer transporting mail, maybe refit the plane to mail only?

Apparently I play little with planes, i've never known this as well.
