The beutiful tropical island wich is home to the fat rich and stupid people who got rich on mining phosphate, then spent it all and now struggle with their economy, need out tourism. A full scale TT-meet with all our members present, would increase the population of the souverign state with over 200%, and with the island totaling 21 km2 and being little more then 5 km across, the distance of travel should not be a problem for anyone



For the train interested, Nauru sports a 3,9 km long narrow gauge railroad, formerly trafficed by steam engines but that now has upgraded to diesel, and that is used to transport the phosfate to the shore.



If that does not please you, just chew on the countrys former name - Plesant Island. Aaaaah!

Great idea! That's closer to where I live than any of the other TT-meets. Count me in!

To be fair, we had the first official Australian meet this year, but I was the only one who bothered to turn up from outside Australia.
