Nobody set it up. Very simple. Keep it in mind for Poland/Ukraine in 2012

That but also: are we going to pplay for money and if so: who will control payments?

Very good match Uruguay-Korea, one of the best till now. Pity someone had to be eliminated.

You'd probably be getting into the somewhat legally grey area of online gambling here, which depending on one's country, may well be against the law.

And Ghana passed USA! Nothing to be sorry for us, we had been eliminated from better team.

Indeed what Owen says. It may be illegal for someone to gamble online. But there are free pool websites online where you do a simple registration and choose/create a subpool. We don't have to play with money if we don't want to. :)

And there is one firm warning for you. If you think this kind of jokes are approrpiate it may be better to look for a different forum. Grow up for heaven's sake.

The ref's blind!

Boy oh boy. Germany was just better. Too bad England is going home. :|

Blatter should really change his stance on using technology, sports are always evolving, we aren't playing soccer in 1950 anymore.

Yes, this will be a row for some time. Van Gaal and Hiddink have expressed their support for camera aids recently, maybe if the FA joins in it'll change. Quite strange that something so supportive in other sports is still unwanted in football.

That bit aside, Germany was better. And what a golas for Müller, I can see why thy call him a talent. First WC and 2 goals in one match...

I'm not a football person by any stretch of the word but I don't understand why if they have linesmen, why not have someone behind each of the goals to confirm if it goes in or not (Since technology doesn't want to be used).

That would surely work wouldn't it? As well as prevent about 50,000+ fans wanting to beat the ref or who ever into oblivion

You asked everyone their opinion then? Your post was reported so obviously someone didn't like it and I agreed. Now move on in a more mature way. Shouldn't be too hard, right?
