I have included all airport elements, the ground sprites, the fences and the windsock.

If someone models a better fences or windsock, They will replace my sprites.

Well I did the crappy work (less crappy than 8bpp) of that (Dutch) Catenary. And though I already have some text file added to the tar(s):

Do whatever you want with them. Re-release in a pack with GPL2/3, or whatver. (Or please remake the pylons, they're so ugly! :)

I release all my works under GPL V2 or CC-BY-SA 3.0. You can use them for any 32bpp packs you want, as long as you give credits.

What are all those white lines in the foundations? That looks like an alignment bug to me.

We can now officially kick this project off since we have the technology...

Graphics go to OpenGFX+ according to the new process and then trickle down to OpenGFX proper.

As Wasila envisioned the set is going to be called OpenGFX, it's just going to contain 32bit graphics alongside 8bit ones.
