How do I install vehicles sets for this version?

I do not know how to install stuff like "Generic Tram Set" for OpenTTD Stable 0.7.0 can you please help me?

generic tram set is usually enabled anyway, you can build them using the road tab

I checked that. I clicked the Road Icon and "Tramway construction" is greyed out.

You have to download a tram set, as there are none by default. Go to the NewGRF window in the OpenTTD Main Menu, and click "Check Online Content". From here, just search for "Generic Tram set", download it and enable it in the newGRF menu.

To add stuff manually, put it in your "data" folder in your OpenTTD directory. To find newGRFs, try GRFCrawler.

This may be badly explained. Feel free to ask more questions if you get stuck.
