No; though it's fuselage uses pretty much the same principle as Junkers G.30.

It is a French Aircraft from between the the two world wars and is noticeably French from that era from the slab sided design techniques so as to keep costs down as France was scaling back its Air force after World War I and hence the planes needed to be cheap.
Interested in helping out where ever possible.

Alright then, hints time!

Only one plane was built; despite successful tests nobody was interested in it so it served as a training aircraft for 4 years after its maiden flight.

Koolhoven BAT FK.23 Bantam of 1918. You scribbled over the registration number but not the model? It's written right there on the tail. ;)

It certainly seems to be upside down, hence my guess of an Extra. Hell, I dunno.

Is it ultra light airplane?

EDIT: I think Ameecher is right, it looks like a tail wing from a plain upside down.
