Well i though for this is this board/forum, for gain some help if everything would be so simple, every single bug ppls could fix for their own.. anyway i though its known bug thats why i came here

If it's one try to set it to zero and try again:
I've seen a firewall that choked on TCP window scaling (the symptom being stalled TCP connections for some but not all servers). Even if you don't have a firewall, maybe your provider has one. Though, if it's really that, I wonder why you wouldn't have noticed it with other servers.
@Sand3r: It's not your English it's the leetspeak you use. Please stop the use of it and stick to normal English, keep a spell-checker enabled and you will find out that people may care for your problem as you care for your posts. After all forum language is English not Leet
