How can i change the speed limit? Car's are jus driving at 112 km/h ...

Use GRF Codec to decode the GRF, and read the NFO Documentation Wiki to understand NFO. Both links are in my signature.
Admittely, this sounds easier than it is.

Did you read the NFO Documentation Wiki? I think it's somewhere in Action 0 or 1, but I'm not sure as I'm not an NFO coder.

In the action 0. In the action 0 twice, in fact. Be sure to change it both times.

I, at least, don't tend to care for people who want to change someone else's GRF file, so you're not going to get much more help out of me. The documentation is sufficient, assuming you read it for comprehension, instead of just skimming it.

Also, BeSt-Com, there are three extraneous bytes in that Action 0.

OpenTTD supports Road Vehicle speeds up to 318 mph as of r14869 (though not yet any sort of realistic acceleration model for RVs).

Silly me spent an hour deciphering the Action 0 line posted earlier to figure out where to change the numbers see it in action.. only to realize it's already being set to C8 = 250 mph. And then only to realize it would have been enough to look at the screenshot by mr. wallyweb on page one to see it already happening in TTDPatch.

Anyway,... *wheeeeeeeeeeeeee*

edit: actually I did hack it now to see that race car accelerate up to the maximum of 318.75 mph :)
