Just to show you (since you seem incapable) ... check out the World Intellectual Property Organization (governing body for overseeing implementation of copyright laws worldwide - including Estonia). It has a webpage with the details of the Estonian Copyright Act, including any updates since 1992.

But of course, Draakon knows better than the WIPO. Draakon has a better legal knowledge than them, and has the legal authority to arbitrate in copyright disputes... NOT.

Face it Draakon, you do not know your own copyright law. Read it. Read it in Estonian, in English, in Swahili. It will say the same thing: you are wrong.

Since you are being stooopid, here it is in simple words:
Go to your own government's website.
Click on the Translations of Legal Acts.
Click on "Available Translations".
Enter "Copyright".
Click Search.
On the top entry, select "Copyright Act (consolidated text May 2006)" or your original in Estonian.

You will find that the clauses that I have quoted have been retained verbatim - and these are the up-to-date, from the horses mouth versions.

So are you going to say that it is now an out-of-date website? Your own government website? If so, then you are more of an idiot than anyone here already thinks.

Khm, not true still. Let me tell you why. A friend of mine made a CMS long time ago. License told not to copy, rip or to any changes. License wasn't registered. In court the evidence were clear enough that the person who did against the license should have been guilty but once the court found out the license wasn't registered, then the person who did act against the license was freed without no charges or something and the case was closed.

Yes, we're being trolled. The fact that Draakon *never* backs up anything he says tends to give him away rather often. Look at his posts to get a better idea if you don't already have one.

Fortunately for us, trolling is against the rules, and this is going to be his third strike.

Also, unlike Draakon, some of us here like to back up what we say with references or facts.
I don't know about you but in my quick skimming over the copyright law of estonia, I can't find anything that backs up Draakon's claims.
